Product return

1. If the product is of good quality, the Buyer has the right, without giving a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the product, to refuse the product and return it or demand a replacement.

Goods cannot be returned if:

- the goods have been used,

- its consumable properties are damaged,

- the goods have lost their commercial appearance,

- incomplete,

- damaged original packaging (not for transport),

- the buyer has no evidence that the goods were purchased at this store.

2. The cost of returning the goods must be borne by the Buyer.

3. The goods are returned to the address: UAB Heradas, J.Basanavičiaus 91a, LT57356 Kėdainiai.

4. Upon return, it is necessary to provide the purchase order number or invoice, indicate the contacts, the account to which the money for the returned goods will be transferred.

5. In individual cases, with the consent of the Seller, quality Goods may be returned within a longer term.

6. Upon receipt of the returned product and evaluation of its quality, the Seller shall return the money for the product to the buyer within 14 days from the return of the product.

7. The product must be returned in the original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the product).

8. The Buyer is responsible for the complete set of the returned goods. If the item is not complete, the seller will not accept the returned item.

9. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (entrepreneurs).
