Product return

How to return:
1. Fill out the return form below. The seller will be informed that you are returning the goods.
2. Pack and send the goods to the address - , J.Basanavičiaus g. 91a, Kėdainiai, LT57356 UAB "Heradas".
3. The seller, upon receiving your goods and assessing their condition, will confirm receipt by e-mail or contact you if you have any questions.
4. Within 14 days, the money will be transferred to your specified account.
Goods cannot be returned if:
- the goods have been used,
- they are damaged, their consumer properties have not been preserved,
- the goods have lost their commercial appearance,
- they are not complete (without instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the goods),
- the original packaging is damaged (not during transportation),
- the buyer does not have proof that the goods were purchased in this store,
In individual cases, with the Seller's consent, high-quality Goods may be returned within a longer period.
The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (entrepreneurs).
The costs of returning a high-quality good are borne by the Buyer. If the received good was of poor quality, the delivery costs are borne by the Seller.
