Description

YK31C controller designed for use in direct current single phase (2 wire) quad bike or similar system motors. Has low voltage protection. When voltage drops below 42V the controller disconnects the motor so that it would not break and the battery lifetime would be preserved. Can be used for lower power systems than shown on the controller. (i.e. e.g. 500W).

Wire connection:

1. Red and black (larger diameter with connector block) - to battery

2.Blue + yellow or white or red - (larger diameter with connector block ) to the motor

3.Red blue-to the key switch (they must be connected for the controller to work)

4. Red black -to dashboard indicator

5 Red black to the charging port (connected only when lead-acid batteries are used. If the system uses lithium-ion batteries these wires don't need to be connected)

6 Red black break light

7.Yellow black break lever

8.Blue, black, red +5v throttle
