1. The Buyer has the right, without giving a reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the receipt of the goods, to refuse the goods and return them, or to demand a replacement for another.
The goods cannot be returned if:
- the goods have been used,
- they are damaged, their consumer properties have not been preserved,
- the goods have lost their commercial appearance,
- they are not complete,
- the original packaging is damaged (not during transportation),
- the buyer does not have proof that the goods were purchased in this store.
2. The Buyer must cover the costs of returning the goods.
3. The goods are returned to the address: UAB "Heradas", J.Basanavičiaus 91a, LT57356 Kėdainiai.
4. When returning, it is necessary to provide the purchase order number or invoice, indicate contacts, and the account to which the money for the returned goods should be transferred.
5. In individual cases, with the Seller's consent, high-quality Goods can be returned within a longer period.
6. After receiving the returned item and assessing its quality, the Seller shall refund the buyer the money for the item within 14 days of the return of the item.
7. The item must be returned in its original packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if they were delivered with the item).
8. The Buyer is responsible for the completeness of the returned item. If the item is incomplete, the Seller shall not accept the returned item.
9. The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason does not apply to legal entities (entrepreneurs).
